Coming soon  in 2020 – Curb your Cravings & Conquer your Resolutions!

A workshop to support your healthy food changes designed to support people in their weight loss and health goals for the new year (or anytime!). It includes a multi page handout, food journal, a tool and a multitude of tips and techniques from the wisdom of Ayurveda, TCM, Energy Medicine and Holistic Nutrition. It runs approx 1.5 hours, and includes support for physical, emotional and habitual cravings.

2019 Calm Kids session for 10-13 yr olds Begins April 1st through May 20th

If your child struggles with anxiety or emotional regulation, this is the help you’ve been waiting for! In this 8 week program your child will learn about the anatomy of the fight or flight response and how to become the “boss of his or her brain”. We will incorporate techniques of Mindfulness, Breathing, Yoga, Food choices and more.

Annxiety has become epidemic in the US, 1 in 8 kids are affected, many of whom are dealing with other issues as well.

This series is appropriate for 10-13 yr olds.

One parent must be present for the first class, after that it’s optional.

Classes will be held on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am on the following dates;

April 1 The Science of Mindfulness – Brain and Breath

April 8 Problematic Emotional States – Physical Effects of Stress

April 15 Reduce Multi-tasking – Attention to Details

April 22 Find the Calm Around you – Mindful Eating

April 29 Listening Mindfully – Hearing vs. Listening

May 6 Working with Distractions – Annoying Noises

May 13 Manage School Stress – Be a Mindful Student

May 20 Re-Cap, Breath review, Body Scan

Affordable group rates $20 per session or $140 if pre-paying for all 8 classes. Private training is also available.
